We want you to be delighted with your rental, but if you are not, you can return any item within 24 hours of receipt. Once notified of any sub-standard items within the allowed timeframe, we will gladly refund or replace at no cost to you.

Currently our linen rental service is only available to Sydney Metro Areas. Once you place your order we will deliver to your address within 24 hours at no extra cost to you. If your order is more than 20 items there may be extra time required, but we will contact you to discuss that as soon as possible.
